There will be Mass at 7.00pm on February 11th at Sacred Heart, Blackpool, with Anointing of the Sick and Torchlight Procession. The AGM will be held at the Chaplaincy, Lancaster University, on Sunday 28th February at 2.00pm. (No Mass on this occasion)

CAFOD News
Did you Know..... In 2008-9 CAFOD spent £371,000 on grants to Burma. After the devastating Cyclone Nargis struck in May, within the first month CAFOD partners provided emergency assistance to 82,000 people, by October this had risen to 250,000. Long term plans now include replacing boats and nets for 800 fishermen, assisting 1,300 families to own new homes, rebuilding schools,training teachers and providing trauma counselling. CAFOD Haiti Appeal
Our Collection last Sunday came to £1116.08.This included a cheque for £500 from the Pastoral Committee (Autumn Fair). We had£692.36 in hand. We have sent a cheque for£1800 leaving £8.44 in the kitty.
